Our customers can avail the Purlins that are free from rust and in customized sizes and dimensions at the best price in the market place. All the secondary members are made from Pre-Galvanized steel of 120/180/275 GSM coating and steel plates conforming to IS 1161/2062 or equivalent with minimum yield strength of 340 Mpa. All secondary members are available in a thickness range of 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm and supplied with a coat of Red Oxide primer (if not made from GI).

Profile

Strong, reliable, high quality purlin and girt steel framing system

Jalaram Industries Roof manufacture a complete range of structural C and Z purlins and girts for industrial buildings, garages, verandahs, and carports, in fact anywhere that strong, reliable steel framing is required. Manufactured from quality galvanised steel, this is a fully integrated system allowing for flexible design options.

Supplied plain or punched, galvanised purlins are manufactured from high tensile steel for increased strength, reduced weight, and a long serviceable life.

Benefits

Greater Spanning Capability
Cold formed galvanized purlins have a minimum yield strength of approximately 60% greater than that of hot rolled steel that is typically used for purlins. This high strength – to – weight ratio in most applications allows extra spanning capability for the most cost effective structures.

Easier to Handle
The high-strength to low-weight ratio makes the product easier to handle, both during transportation and erection.

Lightweight, Quick and Easy Installation
The pre-punched sections of the high strength galvanized cold rolled sections reduces fixing time by using self-drilling, self-tapping screws and standard bolts.

Longer Life
LYSAGHT® Purlins are made from Zinc and Zn-Al alloy coated steel. They have greater corrosion resistance and lasts longer under extreme weather conditions.

Lower Maintenance Costs
Superior corrosion resistance of the zinc coating lowers maintenance costs during its life-cycle.

Weight and cost optimisation
High strength and light weight cold roll formed sections save 40-60% steel as compared with traditional steel channels and angles.
